Devo star Mark Mothersbaugh\'s wife Anita has said the music-maker contracted a bad case of COVID-19, while the family\'s neighbour\'s, TikTok stars Bryce Hall, Noah Beck and Blake Gray, partied recklessly in a house nearby.
